SUBMITTING YOUR EQUIPMENT LISTINGS
Submit your equipment by selecting the button below. Once we have reviewed your submitted machinery, we will enter the complete information and digital images into our equipment database.
Adding your equipment listing to our internal database is the first step. Once the item is posted it can be found immediately on our equipment web site. Your equipment is categorized by an Aaron purchasing professional and is placed within one of our 375 different process equipment categories. We assign a inventory # and photos are attached to the item. It is very important to be as descriptive as possible and include as many photos of the machinery as possible.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING YOUR EQUIPMENT
Once your items have been added into our system, we then advertise your equipment within all of our marketing efforts. Printed catalogs, trade advertising, direct mail campaigns and in all the major search engines.
We work hard to make sure that every item in our inventory is listed within the top of the major search engines. This helps to generate leads for your listed equipment. Your listed items will be added to our printed marketing efforts, mass mailing campaigns to our customer base and broadcast e-mail prospecting. In some cases we will even advertise your listed items within our trade advertising and trade show handouts.
 

LEAD GENERATION, NEGOTIATE THE SALE AND CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP
Sales are handled through private negotiations, we do all the work for you. We generate the leads, follow-up with an RFQ, negotiate the sale, provide engineering & consulting services, arrange the transportation and collect the final payment.
Customers find our equipment searching the internet. Once they find the item the need an electronic request for a quotation is sent from our web site. Once the lead has been viewed by a Sales Professional an electronic quotation is sent to the customer for their review. Once a customer is ready to buy your listed item, an Aaron Sales Professional will arrange the inspections, negotiate with the customer and collect the final payment.
 

KEEPING US UPDATED ON YOUR LISTED EQUIPMENT
Updating your inventory is handled through your Aaron Listing Representative Pamela Real. Quarterly updates will be sent to you in the form of a personalized web site listing all your equipment listed within our database. You will be assigned a log in and password to view, edit, delete and add images to your listed inventory.
A personalized web site is built for each listing client containing all the equipment listed with Aaron. A user ID and Password is assigned to gain access to your inventory. Inside your personalized web site, you have the ability to send Aaron your updated changes within your listed inventory. You can also submit new items for our review, edit current listed equipment, delete items that are no longer available, changes asking prices and attach photos.
